Haloween is right around the corner and that means pumpking picking, hauntings, and costumes. Thankfully we have compiled all of the Haloween-style events happening in Central Washington in 2018. Enjoy!
Huffman Farms U-Pick Pumpkin Patch
October 1st through 31st
This event is held every Saturday and Sunday in October from 10am to 4pm. At the Huffman Farm in Ellensburg, guests can choose their own perfect carving pumpkin straight from the vine.
Also guests can enjoy the other activities Huffman Farms has to offer. Guests can make their way through a corn maze, enjoy a petting zoo, and enjoy farm-fresh food from the Farm Kitchen Cafe.

Haunted Forest and Corn Maze
October 12th through 27th
Enter the haunted forest if you dare! This event is designed to scare you. Guests will enter the haunted forest where they will be met with jump scares, scary images, carnage, and more! This event is recommended for people 10 years old and older. Guests are encouraged to bring a flashlight to get from the parking lot to the Silo Cafe where they will buy their tickets.
Tickets will be sold until 9:45pm for $10 for children aged 12 years old and younger. Anyone over 12 years old can purchase a ticket for $12.
You will then be handed a lantern and enter the forest. Once you exit the forest, if you don't have to change your pants, you can hang out with the other survivors by our fire pit and make s'mores.
"Flocktober" and "Mill-o-ween"
This event is fun for the whole family and is held from 10am through 2pm. There is a pet costume contest happening at noon where the best dressed pets and owners will be awarded a prize for first and second place. Guests can also enjoy getting their face painted, painting a paper plate pumpkin, and decorate their very own cookie.
There is also a variety of food available for guests to snack on during the event.
