Dawson Park at Suncadia Resort
Located in the Rope Rider neighborhood of Suncadia Resort, Dawson Park is one of the largest and most popular gathering spaces in the community. Surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, this family-friendly park offers a wide range of outdoor activities for guests of all ages.
The park is named in honor of James Dawson, a land planner, architect, and environmentalist who played a significant role in the vision and development of Suncadia beginning in 1996. His dedication, creativity, and passion helped shape the resort into the vibrant mountain community it is today. In recognition of his lasting contributions, Suncadia named its largest park after Jim Dawson.
