Science on Wheels – "PHYSICS" Interactive Experience

Presented by the Roslyn Downtown Association

Science is everywhere—and this summer, it's rolling into Roslyn! Join us for an exciting free event hosted by the Roslyn Downtown Association featuring Science on Wheels, a traveling program from Pacific Science Center that brings hands-on science education to communities across the Pacific Northwest.

This year’s theme is PHYSICS, and the program will explore the wonders of light, sound, electricity, and motion through interactive exhibits and grade-specific workshops.

Time: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Event Schedule:

  • Interactive Physics Exhibits (Drop-In): 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
    Explore at your own pace—families can come and go as they please to engage with hands-on displays.

  • Workshop #1 (Grades K–2): 11:00 – 11:45 AM
    A fun and age-appropriate session designed to spark curiosity in young learners.

  • Workshop #2 (Grades 3–8): 1:00 – 1:45 PM
    Dive deeper into core physics concepts through engaging activities and experiments.

This is a great opportunity for families, homeschoolers, and curious minds of all ages to experience science in a fun, dynamic way. No registration is required—just drop in and discover!
