The house was lovely and the view was spectacular. Everything was very clean and there were so many places to gather in small groups. Since there were 3 floors and the space above the garage, the sleeping arrangements were very versatile. The management stayed in close contact with me and were quick to respond to questions. I would have loved to stay another week!

We stayed at Breckenridge Heights with two other families for a relaxing weekend. Upon entering the house we were immediately impressed by the size- the kitchen, living room and dining area were totally comfortable for our large group. We made our way upstairs to beautifully furnished bedrooms with large beds. But the downstairs was the real kicker- two large rooms with wrap around couches, and a small bunk room which made it a perfect area to banish our kids to all weekend :) We took full advantage of the large hot tub as well. We walked through the neighborhood and enjoyed the views, and found a sledding hill about 1/2 a mile from the property. Snowmobile and Snow Machine rentals were available next door to the neighborhood entrance, as well as a nice country store. Vacation Rental 365 staff checked in on us throughout the stay, which was very appreciated. We will definitely be back to Breckenridge Heights!

The lake is much closer than it seems- 5 minute drive. Beautiful cabin with tall, emerald evergreens surrounding it. The kitchen had more than what’s as needed for cooking, plenty of linens and towels on hand and friendly management eager to ensure we had a great stay.

Wonderful for multi family get together

We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for our group of 4 couples and one child. Had another room to spare, the games in the basement and the hot tub a bonus. Kitchen was well equipped as we ate in most of our stay, great neighborhood to take walks and very peaceful and quiet. Hardest part was having to pack up and leave as it snowed all night and we would have loved to play in the snow, very magical.

We had a very pleasant stay and the accommodations were very well suited to our needs. It was quiet and the view was fantastic. It would have been nice if the construction materials were not in the parking area and for some reason the smoke/fire alarm went off although we were not cooking and there was no smoke or fire.

Loved this home and all the space it provided for our guests! The bunk bed nook was perfect for the older kids to have their own space! Beautiful views and home!! I was not such a huge fan of check-in being at 4pm. Thought that was really late. Other than that overall it was a great experience!

This house was a wonderful choice for our annual winter adventure with friends! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and live comfortable for the long weekend we were there! We have already decided that this is now our annual spot and we will be back yearly! Just returned home from an incredible mini-vacation at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for our large family, and having several large living rooms to use, really helped with giving everyone a place to stretch out in. The views were outstanding, and the fresh snow just made it magical. I also need to give a shout out to the great team at the rental agency at VRBO365, that we worked with. Amanda went above and beyond to help us, and was both compassionate yet professional. Thank you Amanda! VRBO365 was accommodating with our special requests, and were efficient to help us when we had a couple of problems that came up with the house. Do yourself a favor and rent this house! Perfect Family Retreat!

Our family of 8 spent 4 nights at the Breckenridge Heights home for Thanksgiving. It had all the amenities we were looking for. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen set-up was ideal. We needed a bedroom on the main floor for a relative with limited mobility. Our daughter, son-in-law, and 4 month old baby took over the basement, giving them the private space they needed. We enjoy watching movies. The TV's were great and all the furniture was comfy. It was special to wake to it snowing on 2 of the mornings. Best property we have stayed at!

Weekend Getaway

Our group greatly enjoyed our experience with this Airbnb. Communication through the booking and checking in was straight forward. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the rooms were big enough when we all wanted to gather together. Comfy beds and great location nice and close to the lake. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and utensils which was so helpful. The game room was a nice touch. I thought the pictures made it look like there were two ping-pong tables but it was just the one, I think it had been moved and different pictures were used. We greatly enjoyed our weekend though together in huge part because of this stunning space. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a really wonderful time at this house. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view from the deck is breathtaking and the short drive to Cle Elum Lake was so convenient. Our family ranged in age from 4-88 yrs and everyone equally found this house to be great!

Gorgeous mountain views and plenty of room for our group of 14 made this home perfect for a weekend getaway! The kitchen is well appointed and the game room made rainy days easy to enjoy. We would definitely stay again!

The house was gorgeous and super clean. There were a few hiccups but the VR365 worked quickly to resolve them. Our whole group was beyond pleased and had an incredible stay.

The house was super easy to find and conveniently located at top of hill. The house was super clean and ready for us. All amenities made the stay fun, the sauna in the snow was a super nice hit! Close to the lake and the last resort for convenience. Snowmobile rentals right down the hill for easy access to the mountain! Highly recommend for anyone searching for peace and quiet. We all enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back.

My wife and I bought our 3 children with spouses and 5 grandchildren to Breckenridge Heights for a relaxing weekend away from the city. We were more than happy. The house has everything we could want for everyone.
Great house with a kitchen that is perfect of big family meals. Bedroom suites that were great for individual family groups and a large living room for comfortable lounging. The house is modern, efficient and has more entertainment options than any house I have rented before. We will definitely come back!

The home is beautiful and very well appointed. We had 4 couples for our small family reunion. The younger ones loved the game room. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used it well! We all had plenty of space. The view is captivating and we spent most of the morning on the upper deck and afternoons on the lower deck. The property mangers were very helpful. Highly recommend this awesome help.

Our family loved are three day getaway and we're very satisfied with this beautiful rental home property.The home was well furniture,amenities were great. We were very happy with the location. It was a convenience location for our family to all get together for a nice few days. The home was very clean, well stocked with supplies,towels,toiletries etc! Last: Check in/out was very easy. Our family of 8 people (two toddlers) had a a great stay at this house. The house was large with 5 bedrooms and had large beds (kings and queens) with decent mattreses. Home had a nice view of the mountains over the tree tops, could not see the lake though. Nice big kitchen, so many large TVs, great screening room in basement and hot tub on the big two level wraparound deck. The house is set on the steep hillside and has an all gravel yard with a separate game room the detached garage. Overall a very nice place close to the lake for summertime family fun.

Beautiful home and location. Great pick for our family of 12. Several group gathering areas in the home... Including a gaming room, a separate game room, large deck area, hot tub, and open living room/dining room/kitchen area. Several amenities provided. Had a special guest one evening (a bear), that was looking for a meal!

The stay was great. The location was perfect for a family getaway, worked well for 9 people with room to spare. It was an easy trip to the lake and up into the mountain roads. Rooms were all comfortably sized.

Our family truly enjoyed this home. Great layout for our large family, and most importantly lots of bathrooms. Views from the living room are incredible. Management company was responsive throughout our entire stay. I would highly recommend this home!!

Rented home to getaway and this was absolutely PERFECT. House was clean, views to die for, was able to cook with the house offering everything I needed to do so. Sledding available down the hill or in the backyard. Safe, quiet and lovely.

Breckenridge Heights was a perfect place for our group of ten to spend a few days and enjoy the surroundings. House was perfect. Large enough for no one to feel like it was crowded for our number of people. Access in the snow was not a problem. Booking through Diana VR365 was easy and she was helpful when we had questions. A beautiful home with gorgeous views. Easy access to the lake and amenities in town. The hot tub stayed warm during the cold winter. The only small issue was that the kitchen didn't have a casserole pan or full sized oven mitts which made making breakfast casseroles for the group slightly inconvenient. Other than that a fantastic place for a getaway, I would definitely visit again.

50th Birthday Weekend

This house was the perfect getaway for my husband's 50th birthday. It's close to mountain biking trails, Lake Cle Elum and the Cooper River swimming hole. Our kids loved the ping pong table, hot tub and media room. We spent a lot of time on the deck just relaxing and enjoying the view. It is pet friendly so our dogs were able to join in on the fun. The property management team was very friendly and helpful. They really made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. Thanks again and we hope to be back soon!
