Domerie View is newly built 2,050 sqft mountain modern home with breathtaking views of Lake Cle Elum. This modern lodge style home has mastered the blend of industrial, rustic finishes with a cozy, family friendly feel. Located in the Morgan Creek neighborhood approx. 10 miles past Roslyn towards Salmon La Sac, Domerie View provides the ideal setting for a secluded mountain getaway while still providing all the amenities of a luxury resort. Kitchen: The modern kitchen boasts a gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of counterspace for whipping up large meals. Guests can all dine together at the rustic and modern dining table. Domerie View offers a standard coffee maker so guests can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and plenty of pots and pans for cooking.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom (located on the second floor) imparts the feel of a luxury resort suite with a king bed, walk in closet, lake views and gorgeous en suite bathroom. There are three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed. There is also a twin daybed located on the landing at the top of the stairs on the second floor. There is a full bathroom located on each floor as well as a half bath near the bunk room (and kitchen).

Entertainment: Enjoy getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city with this secluded luxury home. Surround yourself with the wonders of the outdoors and amazing views of the mountains! If you’re looking to have a movie night, the TV room, off the kitchen, includes a 60” 4K flat screen TV and comfortable sectional. Guests are invited to soak their worries away and enjoy the breathtaking mountain and lake views from the private hot tub. In the Spring and Summer guests can enjoy the Gas Fire Pit on the back patio.

Domerie View is a premier home for respectful family gatherings and mature couples over the age of 30. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted. This home is protected with external security cameras. Guests will be required to pay a $500 refundable security deposit for any stay between December 1st and March 31st. The base rate for this home is 7 people. Each additional person up to the maximum occupancy of the home (10) will add an additional $25 to the rental rate.

We had a wonderful snowy stay there in mid-December 2019. The house is modern but cozy, great layout and windows everywhere. We would absolutely return to this place. Only caution is that in snowy weather, you might need to walk in the last couple hundred yards. AWD and chains would solve that.

Stayed 3 days in Aug, 2019

Very clean. It looks just like the pictures. Hard surfaces and open design looks great, however magnifies house sounds and conversations. Good air flow for air conditioning. Worked well and quickly. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of dishes, cookware etc. and plenty of clean towels. More remote than expected. House numbers clearly indicated. Roads are steep and no lines or reflectors so night driving the first time in is stressful. After that, it was fine. so get there in daylight. There was a bad tank for the firepit, with no spare tank for the first day. Good wifi, easy to connect to and use. No cell service for miles when we first arrived. Spotty for the entire stay. Made it hard to coordinate with others arriving or meeting up at Suncadia. Once we connected with repair for the gas tank, they were responsive in getting this taken care of and left a full long lighter as well. Spectacular views, no shade and almost no curtains in the entire house, including the bathrooms. Good thing it was remote from neighbors. All in all a good stay. Curtains and softer surfaces would have meant better sleep for some. Beautiful, well-appointed roomy home. Great access to what we wanted to see, and almost no traffic to mess with!
