Overall we had a wonderful time. It is a beautiful home with everything you need to make wonderful memories. I recommend this property.
There were some dirty spots and a couple of banged up furniture but not bad.

This is a beautiful property. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. The location was perfect for someone wanting a peaceful place to relax, but close enough to the Suncadia amenities. We enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fire watching the golfers and wildlife. Our only glitch was the heat wasn't working our first full day. Luckily the maintenance man once he arrived was able to fix the problem quickly. We would definitely rent this house again with this company.

Wonderful rental! Beautiful home, all the rooms were spacious. We made the most of the garage, great games for adults and kids (or in our case the kids living within the adults). Loved the outdoor space too. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

Shared the house with 4 couples and it is the perfect get-away. House is spacious and very well maintained. The fire-pit, hot-tub and surround sound speakers throughout the house were added bonuses. House is in a perfect location and highly recommended.
