This vacation rental was everything we wanted and more. I’ll break my review up into three parts: management responsiveness, the cabin itself, and the rules.


Management
Before we even got to the cabin, VR365 were in constant communication asking if we needed any accommodations or support or recommendations for the surrounding area Suncadia. WE SAID WE WANTED TO DO ICE-SKATING AND THEY PROVIDED A GREAT RECOMMENDATION THAT WE ENDED UP SPENDING TWO OR THREE HOURS AT I BELIEVE WE ALSO WERE LOOKING FOR A PIZZA AREA AND WE GOT A RECOMMENDATION FOR THAT TOO. IN THE PAST, I HAVE STAYED AT HOME RENTALS WHERE THE CODE THAT WAS PROVIDED WAS WRONGand management was not responsive. This was a complete 180 from an experienced standpoint and I’m eternally grateful. AND MANAGEMENT WAS NOT RESPONSIVE. THIS WAS A COMPLETE 180 FROM AN EXPERIENCE STANDPOINT AND I’M Eternally GRATEFUL.

The Cabin
This cabin was amazing. Point blank.. I have booked rentals in Suncadia before, but never when it has snowed this much. My party was a little concerned about getting there due to the snow, but we ended up renting a car for the weekend, which made navigation and traversing snowy areas pretty easy. This cabin truly looked like a winter wonderland. The outside looked amazing with its sheet of snow, and we fell in love with the home when we opened the door. This cabin came with a Christmas tree, a fireplace, and a very large kitchen, not to mention the various rooms that made it possible for my guests to all have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. One thing I would change, however, are the lights. Some of the lights in the main area (living room) were out. Outside of that, the cabin was great.

We aren’t messy people to begin with, but the house rules and checkout. Instructions were pretty minor compared to what you would see on Airbnb.

This home was wonderful and perfect for a winter getaway. The home was clean and well decorated. It felt cozy the way a cabin retreat ought to. Fireplaces, indoor and outdoor, were a great amenity, as was the hot tub. I’ve been to a few places where something breaks or doesn’t function as it should, and we did not run into that issue here. Plenty of space for multiple families to get together. We had 5 families under one roof, and never felt crowded. It’s a great home.

Our stay at Cle Elum was fantastic. Everything from the booking, communication to how beautiful the house was - made it such an amazing trip. We had a marvelous time celebrating our 50th in this lovely home with a family group of 14. The house was clean, beautiful and well equipped. All our needs were met. The surrounding area provided great recreation opportunities. The air conditioning was appreciated since the days were quite warm. We were very pleased with the home.

We had guests spanning 3 generations and we all had a great time. The property was clean and well-maintained, had everything which was described and had lot of activity options in and around the property. Few things which were a little underwhelming for us and can be improved (1) Lot of policies were very restrictive and had fines listed all around the house (2) Kitchen could have been more well stocked considering the property is marketed for a maximum of 18 guests (3) There were lot of bunk beds for kids which are not suitable for aged guests. The property should be listed with info on maximum adults and maximum children (not just maximum guests of 18 (4) Only 1 bed was king size and also was not the most sturdiest of beds.

We had a great time at the rental. There was plenty of room for the entire extended family and a great location.
The house needs a few more glasses other than the kids plastic glasses and should provide more trash bags and toilet paper. I don't think it was enough for an entire week of 12 people. It definitely isn't enough if we had 18.
Overall we had a great time and the management company was very attentive when the wi-fi went out.

Lovely and comfortable for a large crowd like ours: 9 adults and 9 children! LOts to do in the area for a variety of ages. The game room was a big hit and the weather was perfect for bike riding and walking.

The house was lovely. Great for our crew. The kitchen was well stocked (sharp knives a bonus). My biggest issue was that there was NO pool table. We specifically chose this place because family members liked to play pool. I contacted VR365 through email to confirm and received an email back stating there was a pool table with an attached video showing a pool table. However, when we arrived there wasn't one. That was disappointing. House was clean, response from customer service good. We did have a pipe freeze and maintenance came to help warm the pipe so we would have water. The place was clean and well maintained.

We stayed at this gorgeous property for 4 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival, we opened the door and were met with a beautiful Christmas tree- so magical! There were 6 adults and 6 children in our group and the house had plenty of space for all of us to be together (or spread out), enjoy meals together, and have fun. The kids loved the game room in the garage (yay for it being heated!) as well as the bunk room. The adults loved the well-stocked kitchen, huge great room, and how clean everything was. We have stayed at several properties in Suncadia and this one is our new favorite. My only recommendation would be to invest in some new sleds (the ones there were very worn out).

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This is a beautiful large house with lots of cleaning nicely frinished rooms.
Fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic View to the golf course.
Above all the team that we rented from which is vacation rental 365, one of our members had lost his car key in one of the couches and was carpooling with some other friends.
That was Sunday morning so we called for help after everybody had left and we got somebody to go from this beautiful organization find the key so we can go back and retrieve it in the same day.
Services beyond believe and they are super friendly whatever it takes for them to help they will do way above and beyond thank you

The property was located perfectly to the parks and trails. The kitchen was well appointed with enough dinnerware and glass ware, cooking utensils and kitchen appliances for a large group. They had a small fridge in the game room which was a life saver since one fridge for 15 people isn’t enough. Bring paper towels and extra toilet paper since they don’t supply it. Overall the stay was very comfortable!

We recently stayed with a large group of 16, including 8 kids, and the house was perfect! The room with 4 sets of bunk beds was great for the kids. The house came well stocked with dishes and utensils. All of the linens and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the plastic dishes and night lights were nice for the younger ones. The back yard has a hot tub and gas fire pit. This was a beautiful house, and was perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay again!
