This is undoubtably my favorite house I have stayed in at Suncadia. It is right on the golf course with lots of yard space for games and relaxing. Wonderful outdoor furniture, including lounge chairs, couches, and covered heated patio with a spacious dining table. There is also a terrific outdoor gas fire pit and hot tub. It is right on the trail so walks, runs, and bike rides are just outside the door. The inside is absolutely gorgeous. There is an unobstructed view of the golf course from most rooms. The kitchen is well stocked and labeled for anything you need. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The house was very clean and well organized. There are plenty of games, puzzles, toys, and books to use and enjoy. Along with the spacious living room, there is also a bonus room upstairs and a fantastic game room in the garage. Perfect place to bring your family, friends, and extended family. It has everything you need. Best part of all is the private location. Can't be beat!

We stayed here with friends to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house is absolutely gorgeous and had pretty much everything we needed and more. Very spacious with lots of communal areas and it’s clear the property management company thinks about how people will use the space. Clear labels for all the amazing lighting settings, the most pristine game room, outside heaters. It was all top notch and we can’t we hope to come back!

Gorgeous new home! Private setting with beautiful view of the golf course. The outdoor area has a covered, heated seating area, a fire pit area as well as a hot tub area. Plenty of lawn for yard games. The home is very well stocked, modern and comfortable. The primary suite has a fireplace and direct access to the patio/hot tub. All the bedrooms are well decorated with comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There are several areas to hang out including the living room which has books, games and puzzles. There is a bonus room upstairs with a large tv, bar, high top tables , a game table and plenty of games and puzzles. The garage has been transformed into a heated game room with ping pong, foosball, golf putting, Pop-a -shot and giant Connect Four.

I’m writing a review for the home in Suncadia called Rope Rider Retreat. My husband and I stayed there at the end of Aug 2024. It is a gorgeous home, situated in a nice private area on a golf course and at the end of a cul de sac. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and feels brand new. It has a nice back patio with a hot tub. Perfect place to hang out with friends/family. It is within walking distance of Roslyn—that is a super fun place to go.I would highly recommend this home for a fun getaway in Suncadia with friends or family! We will be back!

We spent a lovely weekend at the Rope Rider Retreat. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy and everything you could potentially need is there. The house is situated on a private lot with a view of the golf course and forested hills. Sitting on the private patio was relaxing, and it was entertaining to watch golfers from a distance. There is also easy access to the walking trails. We had fun playing ping-pong, corn hole, and Pop-O-Shot in the game room. Rope Rider Retreat is the ideal home for family fun. We do hope to stay there again on our next Suncadia vacation. It was a great experience!

Perfect for a Girls’ Getaway Weekend!

Last July, I stayed at Rope Rider Retreat with a group of friends, and it was absolutely perfect for our girls’ getaway weekend. The house is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. We could gather comfortably in the open living room or out on the covered back porch. It’s also very well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed—the kitchen is just right for cooking and visiting. Rope Rider Retreat is in a quiet cul-de-sac and within walking distance to the Suncadia Lodge. We had an amazing time, and I can’t wait to come back next time with my family. They will love the huge game room upstairs and the cool sports room by the garage!

The serenity begins when you drive up a small private lane (with plenty of parking) and continues when you walk in the door of Rope Rider Retreat. At first glance, we noticed the open concept with conversational settings. As we entered the home, we quickly realized the outdoor space, which includes a hot tub, and plenty of seating as well as its close proximity to the golf course. The spacious gourmet kitchen, with the large pantry and upscale appliances made me feel like a professional chef. The clearly labeled switches and posted directions allowed us to instantly feel at home, knowing how the home worked. The game rooms will be enjoyed by all ages. The décor, the charm, the versatility of this property will match anyone’s expectations. I highly recommend Rope Rider Retreat and give this property a very enthusiastic 5 star review.
