Humble House was exactly what our group (10 adults, 5 four-year-olds and 5 one-year-olds) wanted. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, in immaculate condition, and offer more than enough space for everyone. Between the pool, hot tub, yard, movie room, arcade, and everything else we never felt the need to leave. But its perfect location near Nelson Farm and walking trails gave us easy escapes whenever wanted. The kitchen and dining spaces were perfect for preparing and serving meals for 20 people (or more!). We especially loved the huge doors and indoor/outdoor feel of the sitting area off the kitchen. The sunken fire pit was enjoyed for s’mores and warming up on a chilly evening. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home for Summer vacation. We stayed with 9 adults, 10 kids (ages 6-12), and probably could have fit another family. Everyone was comfortable and the kids had lots of entertainment options. The house is brand new and well designed with nothing but luxury. This does not feel like a short term rental. The salt water pool / hot tub was our highlight, as was the golf simulator and classic arcade games. Nelson Farm is a short walk away, we also went biking on the neighborhood trails. Obviously great golfing on Prospector.

Great house. Stayed 5 nights. Plenty of room for 12 adults and 8 grandkids. Kids had their own family room with TV, 2 gaming consoles,karaoke and toys. Golf simulator in the garage also got a lot of play. Kitchen very well stocked(plates/silverware)for at least 30 people. Pool was heated to 85 and kids used it every day along with the hot tub. Washer and dryer on each floor was helpful. Host was very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a large house this is it hands down. Beautiful home with plenty of room and things to do. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again. VR365 staff were awesome helping with any questions
