We found both homes for the most part clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication was plentiful prior to arriving. A couple minor issues arose and timely responses were made to our questions/concerns. The game rooms provided lots of entertainment for the teens.

A beautiful and spacious property. Perfect for larger groups. The hosts were very easy to work with and very communicative.Our only complaint was that the air hockey table wasn’t working which was a very important feature for us, as we would have liked to have an air hockey tournament. Other than that it was a great stay

We had a great time at Granite Creek Estates! Plenty of room for the three kids to play in the main house and grandparents could stay in the smaller house. There was snow at the house during our stay, a welcome surprise! We luckily brought along a sled because the hill between the two houses is perfect. There was an easily accessible hiking/snowshoeing trail down the street, perfect for the family. The kitchen amenities were impressive, pots, pans, utensils, sharp kitchen knives, spices, plastic ware for the kids. We had a couple maintenance needs and management was very responsive and someone came out immediately to resolve the issue. Overall a great experience!

Beautiful house & neighborhood, no major problems

All 13 (14 with the baby) of us agreed, the houses were beautiful - tho none of us realized from the pictures that they were on different levels. That wouldn't usually be a problem, but for us old (60, 60+) folks, it was often a bit difficult to navigate the gravel. A path between the houses would be nice. Had some lights burnt out and the rental was really responsive about getting that remedied. The Forest Service road to the house was awful to try to navigate between the potholes, but once we got on High Mark Drive everything was fine. The area was so peaceful!

Granite Creek family reunion...priceless

We convened 3 generations from 3 states to celebrate at this gorgeous estate and we would come back in a heartbeat! Beautiful home, well equipped, lovely natural setting, no detail forgotten. It is obviously a professionally designed custom home. We went on morning walks, a trip to Speelyi beach and not much else due to cooler weather and honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! If you are traveling with a large group both homes are so convenient and have great amenities. We wish we had access to the heaters and speakers on the porch for cool nights, unfortunately we didn't get to use that space because the roof shields the sun, and it was in the 50's and windy.

Wonderful views and all the amenities a large group could want! Plenty of space to spread out between the two houses. In a small neighborhood, but still felt like we could have some privacy. Really appreciated that there were a lot of bedrooms and not just a couple of very large bunk rooms. Would definitely consider again for a future stay.

Annual winter cabin trip

We had a really great time eating, drinking and playing games at the cabin. Even though it hadn’t snowed for many days or maybe weeks, there was still snow to see around the cabin. The houses are right next to Evergreen snopark so we were able to snowmobile. There is even a great sledding hill from the small house to the big house the day before we left it snowed about a foot. My only disappointment was the snow didn’t come sooner. The view looking out the window was spectacular!

We went up for Thanksgiving weekend with family. We had both houses and had a great time. The house was right on top of the mountains. It was a great location and the view was spectacular. Houses were very nicely set up. There was a family of 7 deers roaming around which was exciting for everyone. Check in was smooth. The service when booking these houses was great.

We went up for Thanksgiving weekend with family. We had both houses and had a great time. The house was right on top of the mountains. It was a great location and the view was spectacular. Houses were very nicely set up. There was a family of 7 deers roaming around which was exciting for everyone.
Check in was smooth. The service when booking these houses was great.

Our three generation family of 16 gathered here. Now with grandchildren mostly teens and young adults, it has become more challenging to find a property for the destination vacations we enjoy together every 2 or 3 years. Eight bedrooms and 6 bathrooms served us well. Kitchen is well equipped and we ate all meals at the main house. Mornings/evenings with mountain views and fresh air were delightful. The location is a little remote from activities to appeal to all but we headed out to Roslyn Farmer's Market, Suncadia's 1000 steps, and river play at Lake Easton State Park over three of the days. Kids enjoyed hot tub and game room at the property, a few did some biking and hiking. We've had several reunions at ocean beaches where we all really like being able to walk from our rental property to beach. Ocean beaches were a little too far to travel this year due to family schedules so Granite Creek Estate was a good accessible location. It provided a quiet and peaceful place where we felt very much to ourselves. Safeway in Cle Elum is about 20 min away for good selection of groceries. It would be interesting to have a winter stay here. Directions for heat and AC, safety and emergency contacts were posted in the houses. Website and emails provided additional information about the property and area. Contacts with Vacation Rental 365 were always timely and helpful, whether by phone, email, or text. We learned its best to book directly with them rather than the general VRBO website.

Fantastic vacation home and a great place for spending time with friends and families. Surrounded by the nature and far from the noise pollution. We and our kids enjoyed this home and we want to make this as our summer vacation home. Property management was quick in responding for any issues.

This property was a wonderful place for a get together with family—having the two houses meant extra space and we never felt like we were on top of one another. The views were amazing! This was our second time staying at the Granite Creek Estate and it did not disappoint! There is plenty of room to spread out inside on a rainy day, and the yard and driveway are spacious and full of adventures for the kids. The white rock edged paths around the property are easy to follow and fun for kids (and adults) to explore. A herd of deer visited daily. The cabin’s kitchen has everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, with plenty of bedding and pillows. We use the dining room table for a giant group puzzle, and the downstairs bunk room is a nice spot to set up a nap time pack n play for babies and toddlers. The view from the front yard is stunning. WiFi was good. We had two families split between the two houses, and everyone enjoyed our stay.

We had a simply wonderful time staying here! We had 5 couples and our young children. The house was clean and comfortable. The kids had a blast playing the games in the garage and up in the bunk bed entertainment room. Hot tub was warm and the gas fire pit out front was wonderful at night. The guys took a great side trip to Cooper's Lake Swimming Hole and the girls did some wine tasting. We were warned that we should conserve water due to the drought with the house being on a well water but never had a problem.

Definitely a winter wonderland with amazing views, and all winter sports access! The little house is outstanding with best views around and well appointed! We had terrible experience with their old hot tub but the Property Managers sent out a technician twice to drain, change filters and refill. He tried hard to make the tub work but water never stayed clear and free from smell. The hot tub cover is in horrible shape and cover lift was broken. Bottom line the owners should invest in a new hot tub.

We had an amazing stay at Granite Creek! The two homes were beautiful and they had absolutely everything that we needed. Lots of bedroom space, the hot tub was perfect during the snow fall. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking utensil you could think of. It was all very clean and inviting when we arrived. The garage had a great set-up for Ping Pong. The guest house offered great mountain views. Overall we had a positive experience and we hope to return in the future. Thank you!
