Welcome to The Grand Retreat. Suncadia’s most luxurious private estate spanning over 13,500 sq ft. This 10-bedroom, 9-bath masterpiece comfortably sleeps up to 37 guests, making it the ultimate destination for multi-family vacations, corporate retreats, and milestone celebrations. Located in the heart of Suncadia, the home showcases unmatched resort-style amenities including a year-round heated saltwater pool, Washington’s largest private speakeasy, karaoke system, indoor pickleball/racquetball court, home theater, and a full gym. Outside, enjoy a poolside chef’s kitchen and two fire tables. For game lovers, the entertainment lineup features an 18’ championship shuffleboard table, digital-scoring dart board, ping pong, air hockey, and a Vegas-style high-stakes poker table. An elevator connects all three levels with thoughtful accessibility throughout.

From January–March, maximum occupancy is 28 guests (including adults and children) due to winter conditions and parking limits. All other months: maximum 37 guests.

This house was stunning, so much attention to detail to make it a luxurious destination and experience. We rented this house with family and friends to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. All 30 of us had an incredible time celebrating and creating lifetime memories. The house was stocked with all the essentials and then some. The amenities were all high end with all the bells and whistles. There was no shortage of activities between the sport court, pool, hot tub, movie theatre and speakeasy/game room. The hosts/property management company were great to work with, accommodating our requests to do a number of extras. They connected us to an approved vendor list, which made planning a breeze. We hired Orchard Catering to cater two incredible dinners, amazing food, setup and service; Cle Elum Roslyn Massage to provide in home massage services, Ashley was wonderful; and JRM Entertainment provided us with DJ and bartending services - Jodi & Amanda were a blast! 10/10 on the house and all the vendors! Have a special celebration, or milestone birthday coming up? Book this house, you will be blown away by how impressive it is and so will all your guest!

We rented this amazing property for a 12 person executive retreat for 2 days, then invited all spouses and kids over for two days. So much better than corporate hotel retreats. The property was even better than advertised, the VR365 staff were amazing, and everyone had an amazing time. Thanks for everything.

This vacation home was absolutely perfect for our large group! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves, with an amazing pool, relaxing hot tub, and gorgeous views all around. We spent evenings lounging by the outdoor firepit, singing karaoke, and dancing into the early morning hours. The house had endless entertainment—people stayed busy in the theater, gym, racquetball court, and basement filled with games. It truly had something for everyone and made our Labor Day weekend unforgettable!

I had the most amazing stay and 40th birthday extravaganza at this vacation rental! A weekend that I will cherish forever. The space was perfect for my family of nearly 30 people offering comfort and fun for everyone within our large span of ages. The speakeasy with a bar, poker table, shuffleboard, karaoke, pool, darts, and air hockey kept us entertained for hours upon end. Every detail was perfect, from the indoor volleyball/racquetball court to the indoor theater, The saltwater heated pool and hot tub were the cherry on top! The kitchen became a magical space as all hands on deck prepared our meals with plenty of space to work together. A huge shout out to the incredible staff for being so attentive and ensuring we were comfortable and well-informed about all the high-tech features. The staff went above and beyond to have the property ready in time for my birthday and to even make sure a few special requests were available for our stay. Highly recommend this place for an unforgettable getaway!
