The house had many amenities that made us feel like we were cooking in our own home. The family areas were spacious for our family to gather and still have space. We enjoyed the patio and watching the deer walk through the yard to graze.

Great spot — especially for large families or a group. The converted garage to a play room was awesome. It’s very near the lake and feels private. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and there were plenty of fun things to do in the house and nearby area. Communication was great - friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. Amazing house. Perfect for families and great bedroom layout. Kitchen and living room are incredible and provided us an amazing space to laugh and relax. Game room is epic. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful surroundings and stars. Hot tub and fire pit are awesome and everything was very clean and ready for us. Highly recommend booking this house. Another incredible part of the experience is VR 365. They provided amazing service and checked in on us by text as well as came through huge when we were booked elsewhere through another company and it got cancelled two hours before check in. We found this house and contacted VR 365 and they made it happen in no time. Thank you and highly recommend booking with VR 365. Also great proximity to lake Cle Elum and Roslyn.

This cabin was perfect for our large group! The game room was great. The kids were a bit sad that the PAC man machine wasn’t working but everything else was perfect. The jacuzzi was large and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Highly recommend this cabin. The kitchen was stocked and had a lot of cooking supplies. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Can’t wait to stay here again.

This is a beautiful house. The construction is clean and modern. It made for a fantastic family vacation. The ample front lawn was great to play volleyball. The hot tub and outdoor seating area were very convenient. The garage play room was very fun for the kids. The house could use a few improvements: 1) The kitchen gadgets were not well stocked. It was evident that no one lives there. 2) The listing incorrectly states there are 4 bathrooms. In reality there are 5 bathrooms. This unexpected change made the situation much more comfortable for our large group.

Clean large house that was well furnished and stocked with lots of games, books, movies, appliances, extra lines and pillows, outdoor chairs and furniture, etc. that made for a worry free trip without bringing a ton of things with you. The extra fridge in the garage was really nice to have with a large group as well. Also the garage game area was a nice place to congregate in the evenings. The only things I would make people aware of that I probably missed when looking at features was the house only has one master suite (bathroom in bedroom). Two bedrooms share one bathroom with separate entrances and one bedroom does not even have a bathroom. The kids room is nice in that it is separated from the rest of the rooms and allows for people to be up talking when the kids are asleep without disturbing them. It is important to recognize while the house is close to Cle Elem Lake it is 12-14 minutes drive just to get to Roslyn and a little further to Suncadia and Cle Elum. Not a huge deal but you can not really walk anywhere easily

We were a larger family group looking for the perfect set up to accommodate our families and kids. This home was perfect, with a large loft up stairs for the kids. Garage was turned into a game room, which our kids loved!!Home was very close to Lake Cle Elum, quiet drive way to go on walks and ride bikes, and lots of deer!We would definitely come back to stay again!

Vaca House near Lake Cle Elum

Overall, we had a very nice experience at this property. It's always a little scary getting big family group together as everyone has different needs and finding the perfect place is probably a pipe dream. However, this place had everything we were looking for in a vacation house for a few nights. We especially appreciated it was clean and it was exactly as advertised, no negative surprises. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and outdoor space. We, especially the younger kiddos, enjoyed the game room ... lots for them to do there, leaving adults for some adult time outside. The kitchen and dining area were big enough for a chaotic crew and the multiple refrigerators were extremely helpful. We all even talked about renting this property again in the future. We did have a hiccup on the way in where we got a call a few hours before check-in that the water supply/well was not working and that they were going to have to cancel and refund our stay. However, in the end, the property manager was able to work through it and was able to keep our reservation as-is and there was zero disruption to the water when we were on the property.

This place is one of the best homes I ever stayed at. The host were very easy to communicate with. The house and the yard was very clean. We stayed 16 people, and the 8 kids really loved the 8 beds room and the game room in the garage. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this house deserves the 5+ stars. Thank you!

Family of 12 staying for 5 nights over the New Year Holiday. The house is very spacious and has a great layout. The garage/game room was a big hit for the kids and adults. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary items to make any type of meal and for big groups. The owners/property managers were very helpful with a few questions that we had. We will definitely rent this house again.

I rented the Evergreen Mountain Lodge for a high school reunion and golf weekend - and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Plenty of room and plenty to do in and around the house. We played in the game room, watched sports on the many TVs, BBQ’d, and enjoyed the hot tub. The customer service was top notch and much appreciated! Keri checked in with me and made sure everything was perfect and I was squared away for having a worry-free trip. Highly recommended rental!

We had an amazing time!!! The house is absolutely beautiful with a big open living room where we all gathered to spend family time and play games. The kitchen was big and well stocked with everything you need. We loved how everything in this home is clean and organized. We had a fabulous time! We had 7 adults & 1 baby. Room for everyone & we didn't even use the upstairs. This was the first time in a couple of years we were all able to get together. My son was home on leave from the Coast Guard. The house provided many opportunities for relaxation. It was fun to just sit back & watch everyone enjoying themselves. The game room was very popular. Thank you for the use of your home. We would love to return someday!

"Wow" was said. Beautiful house, clean and inviting.Well stocked kitchen, ample bedrooms and baths. I felt like "The princes and the pea" perched high on the Master Bed. So comfy! Slow hot water!

We were a larger family group looking for the perfect set up to accommodate our families and kids. This home was perfect, with a large loft up stairs for the kids. Garage was turned into a game room, which our kids loved!!
Home was very close to Lake Cle Elum, quiet drive way to go on walks and ride bikes, and lots of deer!
We would definitely come back to stay again!

We've been doing a family friends vacation for 5 years now, this was our favorite house and location. The only reason it wasn't perfect was because there was an issue with the well water pump. Obviously these kinds of emergencies happen at no fault of the house or rental company. In fact, I was very impressed with how the company handled the emergency. They were ready with a replacement house if the water issue wasn't fixed. Luckily, they had it fixed within hours and we were able to stay. This house will be on the top of our list for next year.

I stayed here with my husband and our 4 kids, my parents and my siblings and their partners and my niece. We were planning on spending our days at the lake, but the weather didn't cooperate. Thankfully, the Evergreen Mountain Lodge had tons of space for us to just hang out, play games, do puzzles, eat food and enjoy our time.

Perfect stay for a group of 4 families. Huge living room was nice for kids to run around. The game room in the garage is stocked with all sorts of games you can think of - ping pong, pool table, basketball, foosball etc. It's also less than a mile from Lake Cle Elum. So good options of outdoor activities as well. All in all, a perfect place to spend a weekend outdoors, in the comfort of a house!

Unbelievable --they have paid attention to every detail with this rental --there is absolutely nothing you would want that you can't find already here I rarely reached for anything that I had brought with me -weather cooperated and the snow allowed us to sled right from the house and the huge circular driveway allowed the kids to ride in circles and made trailer parking the easiest--
The Christmas decorations in every room was such a nice touch --
Furniture was very comfortable much of it looked brand new --
There seem to be more TV's then they say and best of all every 2 days there was a kid that came to check the hot tub AND take the garbage !!! That's a big deal being there 2 weeks at Christmas !!!
We usually stay in the Ronald area at Christmas -- 20 minutes CleElum has a Safeway --Owens meats and the bakery right across the street --there are restaurants in town also check out The Cottage Cafe or head the other way to The Ole' Number 3 and The Brick in Roslyn for some fun history-- this is the only place I'll want to renting from now on--if outside is too cold the heated garage has been turned into a game room so adults and kids can all find a good time inside

The home was an excellent spot for our family gathering. We are a family who cooks and we found the kitchen to be very well supplied. We also appreciated (and added to) the various spices, plastic wrap, etc that guests and host contributed and which were left for future use. The garage offered a very popular game/play area. Beds mostly comfortable and the living and dining rooms worked for our purposes. The couches in the living room and play area need work and this was reported to the management company who was very responsive to our questions and concerns. We would stay here again!!

The bbq was pretty greasy when we opened it. My son-in-laws cleaned it up and used once-and cleaned it before leaving. When the patio umbrella was put up I noticed there was one broken rib. I also noticed one of the steel lawn chairs was missing a screw. We are talking about using again, but I'm watching how this final closing details go before making a final decision

Our party of 8 were very comfortable in this well appointed cabin. We spent thanksgiving here, and the kitchen had just about everything we needed to prepare our holiday meal. Plenty of dishes, cookware and bakeware. The two fridges gave us ample room for leftovers and all our necessities to feed our large group. All the bedrooms were clean and comfy...more than enough room for all of us to feel like we could have our own personal space. Both our children and adults loved the huge game room! Ending each day in the hot tub or snuggled up by the fireplace was the best. Couldn’t have asked for more, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was on a big private lot and had everything we needed for a big family weekend gathering! The fun game room was a BIG hit with all ages as was the hot tub. The house is super cozy and inviting but layed out in such a way that we could all enjoy each others company for cooking, eating, movie watching etc....without feeling crowded. LOVED this property!! This property exceeded expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. The lodge was very clean and well maintained. The outdoors were beautiful and the fire pit was so much fun. The game room in the garage kept kids and teens entertained all week. Large open kitchen and living space for perfect for family gatherings. This extremely spacious house was perfect for our group of 10. We had all ages, little kids loved the big grassy yard, teenagers enjoyed the garage with every activity known to man, and the adults liked the hot tub and outdoor patio area. The house was so big we never felt crowded. Very close to the lake and the Roslyn activity center. Compared to other rentals we had, it was decently stocked inside, but would recommend bringing extra paper towels and batteries as many of the remotes were empty. We had some issues with the fridge and hot tub but the maintenance crew was out and had them fixed within 3 hours. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for big groups!

We absolutely loved this property! Beautiful setting, very quiet and remote. Something for everyone. The hot tub and game room were a real hit with all ages. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make a good meal. My only complaint was that the property comes with two small garbage dumpsters that fill up quickly when you have a large group. Be warned that you’ll be charged if you have more garbage than will fit in the dumpsters. We had to buy extra garbage bags and haul out some of our own garbage to avoid an extra fee.

Everything was great! Super clean, very easy to communicate by text with property managers. If I had one tiny complaint, it is that there were no toys at the house. This might be a Covid precaution, and there was still plenty for kids to do with the game room, my kids just look forward to random toy collections at vacation homes. All in all, a beautiful, clean, large home with lots of property to play outside. A lovely Covid break!

This house was a great choice for our family. We hope to use it again next Christmas season. The home was immaculately clean and the amenities were outstanding. We really enjoyed the game room for the grandkids. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen was great. We had an issue with the fireplace not working on Sunday but overall the house fit the needs of our family very well. The upstairs kids 'bunk room' worked well for our grandkids and they had fun sharing this space. The large open concept living space worked well for our family activities. The number and location of the bathrooms and bedrooms was very convenient and the mattresses were very comfortable. My family all agreed we would try to use this home again in the future.

Fantastic property. For a big house it was surprisingly clean—really hardly any dust. Gameroom was awesome —everyone in the office hung out there. Great room was very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and it was really close to an amazing beach. Went into Roslyn a couple of times too 8min drive including for the farmer’s market.

Great property overall! There was an overwhelming amount of dishes, cookware, etc. that we really appreciated. The appliances were dated, however. We had issues with the microwave, dishwasher and range. A little maintenance would easily remedy this. As I said we had a great time in the game room and use of sleds was fun. Would recommend!

I cannot say enough about this home.

A few friends and I rented the property for a weekend away. The moment they walked through the door the oogling began.

We absolutely loved the open concept of the kitchen, dining room & living room. It was extremely nice as I would cook meals, but I was still involved with everyone else.

The rooms are extremely comfortable, with enough room to breathe, and only one bathroom needs to be shared.

The game room is out of this world amazing! And I loved that there were two fridge's so we could properly store all items for our 4 day trip.

The kitchen was stocked completely with everything we needed, even some seasonings and other items I wouldn't have expected.

I cannot say enough about this property and we look forward to visiting it again.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Evergreen Mountain Lodge! The house is very big and spacious with plenty of comfortable couches and chairs. There are so many spaces to hang out and things to do. The game room is one of the best I have ever seen in a rental house. The hot tub was great for the adults in the group, and there was a separate room where kids could Watch movies, and play video games. The house was very clean and nicely decorated—it was so comfortable it made us feel at home.

The property management company was very helpful and responsive to our questions.

What a wonderful experience. The booking was seamless and the stay was exactly what we hoped and dreamed to get away from reality. Plenty of space for kids and adults to space out and lots of entertainment in the game room for the kids! Thanks for sharing this beautiful and well cared for lodge! Oh and the Christmas decorations we a wonderful surprise!

Wonderful Labor Day weekend at EML. The house is stocked with everything you need. Games, kitchen items, towels, etc. We really enjoyed the large yard out front too! Plenty of parking and close to the lake. Would recommend to anyone!

This was our first year renting this home and it was absolutely perfect for our annual BC Family Day long weekend family trip together. We had 13 adults, 3 kids and 1 adorable French bulldog and there was more than enough room for everyone. The family room is super cozy and more than large enough for everyone to enjoy family game night, or just curl up on the sofa and read a book. The open floor plan (kitchen, eating area and living room) is ideal as it allows everyone to stay connected. The bedrooms on the main floor were very comfortable and the loft area was ideal for bunking all the kids together. The games room (garage) was a huge hit with everyone and offered so many different options (pool table, foos ball, ping pong, basketball shooting game and air hockey etc.)

Although there were a few issues with the hot tub when we first arrived and a minor electrical issue in the games room, VR365 was very responsive and took care of things immediately (even when we called them out during a snow storm).

I would highly recommend this home for any large family or a group of friends wanting a cozy, clean and comfortable place to spend time together. We had such a wonderful time, that we are already booked to come back next year!

This was one of the best Rental Property’s we’ve stayed at. Our reservation was smooth, the staff was very helpful! When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the property was even better then it looked like on the pictures. It is very specious, clean and very well maintained. The game room in the garage was one of the biggest reasons we ordered this cabin and everyone definitely enjoyed it. It snowed everyday during our stay, making the experience that much better. When it was time for us to check out, the management was very understanding and put safety first we greatly appreciate that).
Our whole group had so much fun and are definitely looking forward to staying here again!!!

This is our second straight year renting this home and it is a great house for for a large family. The family room is very large and has space for everyone to enjoy a movie or watching a football game. The bedrooms are large and the loft has many beds for multiple kids to share a room. The kitchen is fully stocked, which made it easy to cook large meals and we had plenty of room for all to sit and eat together. We spent a lot of time in the garage game room. It has a pool table, foos ball, ping pong and a basketball shooting game. Perfect for all to enjoy. I would highly recommend this home for any large family or a group of friends wanting a nice, clean and comfortable place to spend time together. VR365 was very easy and helpful to work with as well.

Our family enjoyed 4 days at this beautiful and cozy home. The home is spacious and open. We loved the open floor plan with the living room, kitchen and eating nook all in the same area. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The extra bunk was wonderful for our youngsters. The game room in the garage space was so fun for our family. We enjoyed playing pool, ping pong and all the other games. The hot tub and fire pit were wonderful for our family as well. We would love to visit again and it has by far been our favorite rental home over the last 10 years of vacationing in the Roslyn/Cle Elum area!

The house was gorgeous overall and had a really nice amount of space. We loved the kitchen and that there were two refrigerators (that was CRUCIAL), loved that there were nice lawn chairs we could use, loved the beds and bedding and ample space, loved having the game room, loved being within walking distance of Cle Elum Lake, appreciated the fans in bunk room and master.
The only issues we had were:
1. There were not enough towels. I had been told that there would be two bath towels per person. We did not find that to be the case. There were definitely not enough kitchen towels/rags. We had to do laundry a couple times just to get the kitchen towels back into use.
2.The front lawn is a great space, but since the grass was so dead it was hard for us to play the lawn games we intended to play on it due to very spiky plants and slippery dead grass.
3. It was LOVELY to have AC, but the thermostat being set (and constantly reset) to 68 was a bit chilly. I think 70 would suffice.
4. The 'powder room' toilet runs - the handle has to be flipped up manually to make it stop running. This can be noisy and also a waste of water ( :
5. The ice machine doesn't produce enough ice. Consider adding ice trays so we could make our own ice.

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable home near Lake Cle Elum. We had 7 adults and 1 toddler, along with 2 dogs, and had plenty of room. Gameroom was a big hit! Starting with the booking process we had a great experience. Amanda was wonderful to work with and was very quick to answer any questions we had about the property.

The home itself is very cozy and has all the amenities you would want (hot tub, fire pit, awesome garage game room). Plenty of space for people to spread out. There's also a great patch of lawn that we used for lawn games as well. All around, we had a great stay and will likely book at this location in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Thank you for sharing your home with our family and friends! The home and property was perfect for several families to stay at, have fun, and enjoy. Great floor plan for multiple families and kids. The kids enjoyed the sledding hill behind the house as well as driving the kids snowmobiles around the driveway in the snow. The adults enjoyed the proximity to Cle Elum Ridge and being able to ride snowmobiles to the local restaurants. The game room in the garage was a big hit for both adults and kids as well. The property management (Derek, Vacation 365)was very accessible, helpful, and had done a great job setting things up prior to our stay. Notes throughout the house were very helpful to ensure rules were followed and overall helped set our stay up for success. Very nice accommodations and we're planning on returning again next winter to the same property. Great location, property, and the management company did a great job! We were a group of 5 couples and this cabin had enough room for all of us! The girls enjoyed the large living room, big couch and warm fire. We could barely get the boys out of the heated garage game room! Kitchen was large enough to make group dinners and enjoy them at the long dining table.

This home was great for our extended family weekend get together that we do every year. The home was nice decorated, very cozy and clean. The layout was wonderful for everyone to be together and the game room was a huge hit. We made all of our meals in and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We had a couple of issues and the maintenance team arrived and helped get the issues resolved. The only drawback was it was a chilly weekend and the fireplace in the living did not work. Would highly recommend this home for your getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Evergreen Mountain Lodge!! We had a group of 14 stay here for the weekend of our wedding & the place was extremely accommodating for our larger group. The game room in the garage is where we spent most of our time. There were so many activities out there that we were constantly entertained in the small town of Roslyn. It was a huge breath of fresh air staying somewhere so perfect during our busy, stressful wedding weekend. I would definitely recommend the Evergreen Mountain Lodge.

The Evergreen Mountain Lodge was perfect for our annual glamping trip with friends! There were 15 of us and we all found it super spacious and clean. There was also plenty to do in the games room. The hot tub was a bonus for when it cooled down in the evening and it was a great spot for star gazing. The best part was that it was just a 15 minute walk away from Speelyi Beach Park, where kayak and paddle board rentals were only for $30 for the entire day.

Keri and Calli were also very friendly and helpful! They provided me with a lot of information about the cabin and activities to do near the lodge.

I would highly recommend staying at Evergreen Mountain Lodge for a weekend getaway, especially for large groups!

We had a wonderful time at the Evergreen Mountain Lodge. We stayed there for 6 nights with our 3 daughters, their husbands and their children. There was plenty of room for everyone, especially the children. We spent a couple of days at the lake which is a couple of minutes away. We went into Rosyln a couple of times for Ice Cream at Maggies and for she Sunday Market. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and well stocked. The description of the home was accurate. I would definitely recommend this place for a family to get together. The house was well stocked with games, movies, household items and on.

This 3-day retreat at Evergreen Mountain Lodge was a wonderful experience and everything we needed for our guests. The space was huge even for our party of 20. The open space made it comfy enough to have movie nights in the livingroom where most of us naturally gathered. The bonus was not the playroom, jacuzzi, or firepit but our special guests: DEER! We were surprised at how they just appeared in the backyard while we were having breakfast. Our neighbors were actually noisier when they passed by but we still had a good time with no complaints. Definitely will recommend again.

This was our 2nd year staying at Evergreen Mountain Lodge and we had the best time! Everything you could possibly need is already there for you, including sleds for the snow, dishes, towels and more. The best part of our week long trip - not once did the kids say, "I'm bored." We look forward to coming back in 2018!!

My family vacations every winter with 3 other families and this year we stayed at Evergreen Mountain Lodge. What a wonderful home! Spotless, inviting and large! Comfortably fit 8 adults and 3 children. Kitchen is large and well-stocked. Game room is so much fun (but we couldn't find a foosball?). Upstairs room is perfect for kids to sleep. We did have a slight issue with not getting hot water in the bathrooms/showers but always had it in the kitchen. VR365 took care in our concern and I'm sure will look into it! 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and we would LOVE to have Kings in there ;) We plan to book again for next years getaway (and maybe many years after that!).

We are a group of neighbors from Bellevue that get together once a year for a hiking/golf/adventure weekend. With 20 of us between the 2 houses (Cascade Lodge next door), it was an amazing. The 2 homes were perfect for 10 couples. The homes were both very nicely appointed with decor, top line furnishings, and the best game rooms I have ever seen. Some great memories will be watching college football in the game room while ping pong, pool, and foosball tournaments happening simultaneously. We initially planned to stay in Suncadia, but for our group this was the perfect location with privacy, close to trailheads, and still able to golf in Suncadia

We rented both Evergreen Mountain Lodge and the next door Cascade Mountain Villa for our family reunion. Cousins came from all over the U.S. and most remarked on the beauty of both the area and the houses. Each house was spotless and spectacular. They matched their online description to a T.

We fed 15 people 10 meals during our stay. While the kitchen is stocked with many items, the cookware is not sufficient for cooking for a large crowd. We were very glad we brought a large stock pot and two electric griddles.

We did bring many things that were not needed as they were supplied at the houses such as: coffee filters, dishwasher and dish soap, laundry detergent, salt and pepper, spices, and sponges. If that information was on the website, I missed it.

There were times that we felt like bad little children reading all the do's and don'ts signs posted at the houses. We finally changed our perspective about that when we decided that the signs are indicative of how disrespectfully some guests treat these magnificent homes.

Wonderful home for our family reunion! Everything you need is there at the home, games, movies, hot tub, fire pit, cooking pans, plates, utensils, linens, shampoo, bath wash, etc. They thought of everything. The home and property is so clean, inviting and relaxing. The large home was a great fit for our family. The lake access and beach is close too. Everyone thought it was the best home we have ever been in for our family reunions. The games in the garage were a big hit: Pinball, air hockey, rock band, foosball, pool, video games, etc. We saw deer, turkeys and quail often. The cute little town of Roslyn is near and was fun to explore. The show Northern Exposure was filmed there. Overall, we just couldn't have had a better week. We loved our stay at Evergreen Mountain Lodge. Thank you VR365 for making the home and our stay so great!

Nice home. Clean. Great for family reunion with large group. Be aware of front lawn area as septic tank was overflowing. If you have children this could be a concern to keep them away from area.

There has never been nor is there currently a concern with the septic system; unfortunately, the reason the tank overflowed during your stay was because it was over-used during your stay. It appears as though you may have had more than the stated 30 people in your group who rented both Evergreen Mtn Lodge and Cascade Mtn Villa (located next door) for your family reunion. Due to the fact that EML has the largest kitchen and dining area, we are assuming this was the home where everyone congregated and spent most of their time. It appears the bathrooms were over-used and perhaps not everyone in your group respected the homes septic system rules. Evergreen Mountain Lodge is our #1 rental and in over 4 years we’ve had hundreds of guests stay there without ever having one issue. We planned a family road trip from Texas to Washington state. We knew we wanted to spend more time in Washington and it was well worth it! The kids as well as grownups loved the house and enjoyed the game room. We also had a great time going into the nearby towns for sightseeing and shopping. We would love to go back! The VR365 staff was very helpful with everything and the mobile check in and out were exceptional and so easy to use. I wish every rental agency would make things that easy!

This is the best place to go on a little winter getaway. Our kids had so much fun sledding outside in the backyard. It is a beautiful setting and the home is very clean and inviting. We are definitely coming back your next year.

"Wow" was said. Beautiful house, clean and inviting.Well stocked kitchen, ample bedrooms and baths. I felt like "The princes and the pea" perched high on the Master Bed. So comfy! Slow hot water!

Evergreen Mountain Lodge, along with the adjacent Cascade Mountain Villa, was the perfect location for a recent family reunion and celebration of a family member's significant birthday. The great room was spacious and comfortable for lounging and visiting, the large outdoor patio table and hot tub made another popular gathering spot, as did the garage/game room. The fire pit would have been a ton of fun, but a burn ban prevented its use.

The home is very clean, well maintained and equipped, and well organized. The kitchen is very large and has a very nice range/cooktop. Due to the many cupboards and drawers, at times it was a bit of a treasure hunt to find the right pan, casserole or utensil.

Members of our family came from throughout the country and took advantage of the excellent location to take a river raft float trip on the Yakima, golf, hike, visit Leavenworth, and climb the "1000" stairs at SunCadia Lodge. We also spent time at the Sunday Roslyn Farmer's Market -- which definitely should not be missed!

All in all this beautiful and comfortable home was a perfect gathering spot. We couldn't recommend it more highly! We also appreciated the friendliness of the property management staff and their interest in responding to our inquiries and requests.

This home has everything you could possibly want/need in a vacation rental. Plenty of space, wonderfully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and super comfy beds. The garage filled with games, couches, and a tv was a huge plus. Fantastic fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor furniture so appreciated. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wish this was my home!!

We had a wonderful time! The property was easy to find and close to a lot of snowshoe trails on Sasse and Hex Mountains. The kitchen was great for preparing large meals. Beds were comfortable and the amenities were great. Hot tub was warm when we got there! The kids were really excited to play pinball and airhockey, but neither of these worked. We had a great time playing the other games however. There was a lot of snow on the ground, but we were able to manage without 4WD. The property manager was very responsive and called to tell us the condition of the driveway before we got here. We had a great stay and will come back next year!

We loved our stay and wished we could stay longer! We spent hours creating our own private sledding hills in the back of the house and playing in the game room. Can't wait to go back.

The house was better than the description and pictures! My group had a great time using the hot tub, sledding on the property, using the game room, and all of the other amenities. Three families joined together at this home to attend a wedding. It was comfortable, well furnished and in a beautiful wooded setting. We enjoyed our short stay.

Our extended family spent three nights here in October, and Evergreen Mtn Lodge did not disappoint. From the spacious living room, chef's kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms to the hot tub, fire pit, and huge game room, we never lacked for things to do. Recommend spending time in Roslyn and taking a hike at Salmon La Sac. A beautiful, relaxing setting for a memorable getaway.

We rented this lovely home with a total of four families. There is ample space to spread out and relax even with a large party. The house is beautifully maintained and has everything you need. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any rental I have stayed in. The three car garage which has been converted into a game room was the highlight for many of us... there is something for everyone in there. The beds were comfortable as were the many spaces to hang out. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the house and will definitely rent here again.

My siblings and I wanted a place where we could all stay together for a weekend wedding. We came from different spots across the country, at different times/days. I simply forwarded the house info to everyone and they all found it easily. Everyone loved the house! The most appreciated factor was the cleanliness, it was spotless. The window in the shower upstairs is very low and not a good choice for adult women, but other than that, perfection. It was very easy to book and the management was great. I would highly recommend this home as a worry free vacation rental option. It's beautiful, inside and out.

We had a large group with several families and it was perfect. The layout is fantastic. Very open floor plan so all can be comfortable, yet still involved. The sleeping loft and games in the garage were appreciated and the kids just disappeared for the weekend. We watched the Seahawks playoff games and everyone could comfortably see the game.

What a great experience! I decided to spend New Years with 3 other families this year. We decided on a property that we all agreed on. We loved the pictures but the home exceeded our expectations when we arrived! It was huge, the floor plan was open, the home was spotless. I brought plates, glasses, silverware from home but they were not needed as the home had all that and more. The kitchen had everything including pots, pans, spices, oil, flower,etc. We had 7 children and they all refused to go home because they loved the experience so much. I've stayed at many places over the years but this by far I give it 5 stars! Also the property manager was a few houses down available for questions or concerns! Outstanding service and a perfect 10 experience. Reserve the room before it gets booked!

This place was fantastic. All of the amenities to make this a place to call home. Everything is decorated so well, clean and comfortable. The home is spacious, and modern. It's set on its large lot in such a way to make you forget anyone is near. Excellent place to vacation.
