The photos are great, but it’s even better in person. Having multiple living areas was perfect for our large family reunion and made it easy for everyone to spread out while still spending time together. The men loved the golf simulator, the kids were all about the games and theater room, and being close to the Nelson Farm playground was another big win for the kids. After full days at Suncadia, it was really nice coming back to a home that felt comfortable, fun, and easy to relax in. We made some great family memories and would absolutely stay again.

The Humble House is great for a large gathering. It's a little like a resort because of the pool, movie room, golf simulator, and other games right there. They have stuff for infants and kids. It's a nice area for a walk. We loved it.

Our family of 25! stayed at Humble House for 3 nights. There was more than enough room for each family to enjoy their time comfortably. The house was well appointed, especially the kitchen(s)! We are looking to return in a couple years.
The garbage disposals need a little work, but that was the only small item of concern with such a great place. The kitchens were very well stocked with dishware, flatware and cookware.
The pool and hot tub were well used and we appreciated the safe way we could cover the pool and hot tub when we weren't using them.
The 13 grandkids ranged from 1 to 15 and they all had a blast.
The downstairs family room was well used as were the other family areas, laundry facility, and kitchens. The outside areas were fun and safe. We really enjoyed the deer wandering through the property - especially when the twin fawns visited.

I used this property for a retreat weekend with my team, and we absolutely loved our stay. The home is incredible—every detail felt thoughtful, and my entire team was genuinely impressed. It created such a special experience for all of us.
The only downside is the price. We stayed for three nights, and the total cost felt quite steep. To make it work again, I would need to significantly increase what I charge my team. If pricing were a bit more reasonable, I could easily see us returning every year.
One additional piece of feedback is around the pool. A big reason we chose this home was for that amenity, and it was disappointing that the pool wasn’t accessible unless we paid the heating fee. We would have happily used it unheated, but that wasn’t an option. Given the overall cost of the stay, it would feel more aligned for guests to at least have access to the pool, regardless of whether they choose to heat it.
Overall, this home is truly spectacular. If cost isn’t a concern, it’s an amazing place to stay, and we had a really memorable experience.

We hosted my husbands 40th birthday celebration with 5 other families, kids ranging in age from 1 to 9 years old. The set up for the house was perfect! Most kids slept in the bunk room, but we also had some small kids in pack n plays with space left over. The home is beautiful and as someone who has done design work professionally, I appreciated all the attention to detail in the design of the home. Having 3 dishwashers upstairs made meal clean up a breeze! We opted to have the pool heated for our stay and everyone enjoyed it....though I would caution the steps are a bit slippery in the pool so just careful walking in. Outside of that, the house is perfection! Very close to Nelson Farms and the park, making it great for kids to ride bikes and scooters. If we ever have a big event like this again, would definitely stay there!

The Humble House was amazing!!! Our new favorite Suncadia property! We absolutely loved the attention to detail in this home! Amazing kitchen, fully stocked... our group does a lot of cooking so it was absolutely perfect! The heated pool/hot tub was an incredible experience, especially in the winter! We also loved the firepits, steam shower, golf simulator, comfortable living spaces, karaoke in the game room, movie room, etc! Over the top accommodations! VR365 was responsive and wonderful to work with. We’ll be back for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Humble House! We’ve stayed at numerous vacation home rentals in Suncadia, and this is our new favorite! Amazing accommodations… we really enjoyed the well laid out and stocked kitchen, it was perfect for all the cooking our group did during our stay! The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and was such a treat in the cold winter conditions! We also utilized the entertainment amenities… we did karaoke downstairs, used the golf simulator, watched movies, and watched the Seahawks Game! Also, the steam shower in the primary bathroom was relaxing! It’s a very kid and baby friendly home, which we appreciated because we had a 1.5 year old with us. Everything was clean and we appreciated all the attention to detail in the design. 10/10 recommend and will stay here again!

Perfect family-friendly, multi-family getaway

Humble House was exactly what our group (10 adults, 5 four-year-olds and 5 one-year-olds) wanted. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, in immaculate condition, and offer more than enough space for everyone. Between the pool, hot tub, yard, movie room, arcade, and everything else we never felt the need to leave. But its perfect location near Nelson Farm and walking trails gave us easy escapes whenever wanted. The kitchen and dining spaces were perfect for preparing and serving meals for 20 people (or more!). We especially loved the huge doors and indoor/outdoor feel of the sitting area off the kitchen. The sunken fire pit was enjoyed for s’mores and warming up on a chilly evening. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Home for Summer Vacation

Beautiful home for Summer vacation. We stayed with 9 adults, 10 kids (ages 6-12), and probably could have fit another family. Everyone was comfortable and the kids had lots of entertainment options. The house is brand new and well designed with nothing but luxury. This does not feel like a short term rental. The salt water pool / hot tub was our highlight, as was the golf simulator and classic arcade games. Nelson Farm is a short walk away, we also went biking on the neighborhood trails. Obviously great golfing on Prospector.

Great house. Stayed 5 nights. Plenty of room for 12 adults and 8 grandkids. Kids had their own family room with TV, 2 gaming consoles,karaoke and toys. Golf simulator in the garage also got a lot of play. Kitchen very well stocked(plates/silverware)for at least 30 people. Pool was heated to 85 and kids used it every day along with the hot tub. Washer and dryer on each floor was helpful. Host was very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a large house this is it hands down. Beautiful home with plenty of room and things to do. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again. VR365 staff were awesome helping with any questions
