We had a great time- party aged 10-82. Pool, table ping pong were fun. Slight miscalculation on our part thinking some of the rooms above garage would suit a family giving another room to other couple but loft above bedroom was best for group of teenage boys- no bathroom out there. But we made it work. Great house!

Manager's Response

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're glad your group had a great time and enjoyed the home and its amenities. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again! – Jobelle, Guest Experience Manager

We had a great time here! Plenty of space, everything was nice and clean, and it was by far the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an airbnb. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved everything about this home for our group of 6 expect the 7th bedroom was over the garage and had no bathroom. No one wanted to stay over there and schlep across the driveway in the middle of the night to use a bathroom in the house. How does that work in the winter with gobs of snow??

Manager's Response

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We're so happy to hear that you loved the home overall. We understand your concerns about the 7th bedroom being located over the garage, and will inform the owners about it. In winter, it can indeed be challenging to navigate the driveway, and we’ll take this into consideration for future improvements. We look forward to hosting you again soon!

The home was very tidy and very spacious for the amount of guests we had. The management was very communicative and responsive. The ceiling speakers were not incredible quality but we brought our own so it wasn’t much of a bother.

The house was beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Only suggestion is a bathroom for the garage game room/bonus bedroom. Other than that, we had a great stay. There were 6 adult couples in our group and we had a great time.

Manager's Response

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We're delighted to hear that you and your group enjoyed the home and found the kitchen so well equipped. We appreciate your thoughtful suggestion about adding a bathroom for the garage game room/bonus bedroom—it’s great input we’ll share with our team for future improvements. We're so glad you had a wonderful stay and hope to welcome you all back again soon!

We were very happy to spend our 11th Friendsgiving here. The view from the living room is lovely. The house is beautiful and large enough to accommodate 14 of us. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It was a bit challenging to figure out how to keep everybody content at night as there is one heating system for the entire house, but we managed. It would be nice if the house had more hot water, as some showers were on the colder side. Despite these minor inconveniences, we would recommend this place to large groups who want a peaceful get away.

Manager's Response

Thank you for choosing our home for your 11th Friendsgiving! We’re so happy to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful views, spacious kitchen, and comfortable accommodations for your group. We appreciate your feedback regarding the heating system and hot water, and we’ll take it into consideration as we strive to improve the guest experience. It’s wonderful to know that, you would recommend our home for a peaceful getaway. We’d love to host you again in the future!

Lovely stay! We were a family of 11 adults, and this home was so spacious! Plenty of bedrooms and baths for all of us. Highly recommend for large families. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget and appliance you can imagine. We had large dinners and never had to search too far for any kitchen item. The location is in Suncadia and is a short walk to anywhere. The house also had bikes to use and we had a speedy response when we needed assistance with those. A great choice!!

Rented for a work retreat, it had everything we needed! I was cooking for everyone for 3 days and can confidently say it had almost everything one could think of or need to feed a crew of hungry co-workers!

House had plenty of cozy spaces, retreats, blankets, pillows, etc. Sometimes in rentals the furniture looks nice but it's not comofrtable. This place was as cozy and comfortable as it looks!. The beds and the bedsheets were heavenly! Downstairs has the primary suites and upstairs has the shared bathrooms. Each floor had its own lounge area, there was plenty options for privacy too, which can be important when you have that many people for that long.

Some things you should know:
1. The room with the queen + bunks, is above the garage, separate from the house, no bathroom.
2. Wifi was kind of dicey at times.
3. Take care to pay attention to quiet times, parking rules and garbage rules.
4. There are PLENTY (and I mean that) cups, plates, silverware, etc for your crew. Don't need to bring any of that like I did.

The area is beyond majestic in nature. We saw so much wildlife. deer, raccoons, packs of turkeys! The property is prinstine. Communication was 10/10 with VR365, check in/out was simple! Loved the space, would definitely come again, highly recommend!

Manager's Response

Thank you so much for the detailed and thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear the home worked so well for your work retreat and that you found it cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped for your group. We had 4 generations staying here to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. We all thought the space was fabulous and were particularly impressed with the kitchen. I brought my own pastry blender but didn’t need to as there was one available. They have everything! Plenty of dish towels, hot tub towels, platters, dishes, and even dishes and toys for kids. The bedroom above the garage is great but know that it is not attached to the house and does not have a bathroom. One other thing to note, the description lists the upstairs bedrooms with king beds as en suite with adjoining bathrooms however the bathrooms are located in the hallway so they are neither en suite nor adjoining (Jack and Jill style). Not a big deal but may want to take a robe and know it’s not a private bathroom. Very much enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very responsive. Will definitely consider staying here again.
