Overall a wonderful stay. Jam-packed game room for the kids. Beautiful location (lots of pines. a deer watched us hot tub from the edge of the golf course). Large, attractive rental. So many appliances and utensils in the kitchen, very well stocked. Tons of games and puzzles. Plenty of paths to explore in suncadia.
FYI for management: 3 of the 4 bikes were not rideable (damaged tire tubes that wouldn't inflate or loose bike seat). The giant Jenga, being in an enclosed garage, is unpleasantly loud when it falls (almost unbearable). Maybe a cloth skirt or something would dampen the sound?
The master bedroom door to the outside is very difficult to open/close and makes a loud squeak when you muscle it into/out of place.

7th Heaven is just that for a family get together. We had ages 9 thru 82. The garage full of games and bikes were a blessing for the kids and grown up kids as well. The downstairs living room was nice for evening kids movies and allowed the adults to have their time. The outside patio worked well for evening grouping with hot tub use, too. The kitchen was well stocked. We will stay there again and would heartily recommend it for your gathering of friends and/or family. The advice from owners of adventures near by was appreciated. We especially enjoyed Coopers Hole and did a river raft in Leavenworth. Don’t miss Roslyn and the Brick.

This house was absolutely perfect for a High School reunion of 12 old friends to reconnect, play some golf, and watch the Mariners win a playoff series:)

Wonderful early Christmas shared with 4 generations. Celebrated 81st birthday and opened presents from under the Christmas tree. Small and big kids enjoyed tubing at the driving range. We all enjoyed the home and its warmth. Our youngest didn't want to leave she said "Best Christmas Ever" lets come back next year!

We stayed here with extended family w/ 3 little kids for the week and enjoyed it. Location is pretty good, a 3 min walk to the playground. The only real downer was that we couldn’t use any of the pools on site. Check in was easy as there was just a keypad on the door, and we received the code right before check in time. We went to Speelyi beach ~15 min drive and rented paddle boards from the rental shop nearby. There is not much in the area - the closest town is Roslyn and there’s not that much to do there/eat but it was fine. There was a Safeway nearby and a meat market/fish market as well. There is a strict quiet time curfew from 10pm-7am. We were told we had to move everyone inside by 10pm or if we got a noise complaint from the neighbors, we would get a $500 fine. The bed we slept in was extremely squeaky even with the smallest movements, but there were plenty of beds for all 11 of us. The house is pretty kid friendly as it is open and there’s not much they can break. There’s plenty of instructions on how to use/fix things which was helpful (especially with the fire pit outside). Overall, we had a good time and would consider going back again some time.

Suncadia Pools are exclusive to homes managed by Suncadia Resort only. Luckily, Speelyi Beach is just nearby and is a great alternative which is so close to nature. Also, right on, quiet time was imposed by the community to all homes and is strictly implemented. We encourage everyone to go inside however if your group would still want to enjoy the night breeze, we expect that you keep all volume at a minimum. Your feedback is definitely taken to heart. 7th Heaven worked superbly for my extended family -- son, daughter, spouses, grandchildren. Very comfortable, well equipped, well maintained. The grandchildren loved the fussball, ping pong, air hockey, etc.! And the nearby playground was great.
