    We had 15 people in our party and the house gracefully accomodated all of us. The kitchens were well appointed, the house and linens clean, the pillows plentiful. The hot tube was a hit with the kids, and we used most of the games. There was even a bed for our one dog.

    The staff responded promptly to several questions, and were always cheerful, accomodating, and well-informed.

    All-in-all, a great stay.

    One of the jigsaw puzzles was too hard.

    This is the third year in a row a group of friends (8 adults, 8 kids) has stayed in this house. It works amazing for that many people. The kitchen and bathrooms are all well stocked for large groups. One other thing we love is the big backyard that is great for sledding without having to go anywhere!

    We stayed with all our kids and grands (13 total) for 7 nights over Thanksgiving. This home was perfect for our family. It’s set up like 2 separate houses so we were never in each other’s business. The main table expands so we could seat everyone on the main floor for meals. The host even provided seasonal table cloths for both tables. The house was decorated for fall in a beautiful way. Every type of kitchen utensil (rolling pin, coffee grinder, scissors, etc) is there, including a full spice rack. The game room was fun, and everything was in good working order. VR365 staff (Chelsea) checked in with us, including a friendly guy who emptied the outside trash bins and checked the hot tub chemical levels midway through the week. Everyone loved this house, and we would definitely stay here again.

    Loved our stay! Our group of 10 plus dog fit very comfortably in the house with room to spare. Beautiful views and a quiet neighborhood that felt secluded due to the nice landscaping and no house directly behind the property. Very responsive and communicative staff at the vacation rental company. Loved the multiple patios, games, well-stocked kitchen, hot tub, neighborhood playground, and seasonal decorations- such a nice touch! We'd definitely be back with a large group again.

The kids had a great time in the multiple game room locations and the adults were able to also enjoy the views from the array of comfortable outdoor seating areas.     Our family of 14 plus one dog had an amazing time at the Coal Chute Lodge. The home is as advertised and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything one could wish for, even a waffle maker! There were tons of activities, in between the bocce ball, game room, hot tub, ping pong table and lots of board games.The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, and we loved exploring nearby Roslyn.The hosts are extremely responsive and were a pleasure to communicate with. We highly recommend this home, especially for large groups.

    Our group from NE of 4 families had a wonderful time at your property! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and LOTS to do when we got back from our daily hiking/activities. We LOVED that the kitchen had every cooking utensil you could ever want. It made cooking our meals convenient during our week long stay. Both kids and adults loved the variety of games as well as the hot tub! There were tons of board games too, but we didn't have time to dive into those. The scenery is beautiful, the neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe. If we lived closer we would frequent this place more often. You won't be disappointed with your stay at this beautiful home!

    We had a wonderful stay at this property in Ronald, WA. We were a group of 15 people and the property was perfect for the size. The host was very responsive in their communication. The house was sparkling clean and had all the required ameneties. The hot tub was spacious, the gas fire pit table was incredible blissful during the night. The kitchen was very well stocked. We do not have any complains and we would love to come back again.Thank you.

    We had a great time staying here with our family and friends for a few days. The host was very responsive and proactive in their communication.     Everything was great and clean I love it all! Only thing I could possibly complain about would be there wasn’t extra toilet paper supplied to re stock the bathroom other than that everything was great

    This place is a magical house to stay with your family for a winter getaway! We all loved our days there! The kids built snowman, and sled down the street. The adults relaxed in the hot tub and the full family had delicious home cooked meals and games nights! Our dogs loved it too! we will be back with the full family again

    Our three-generation family was in town for a wedding and absolutely loved this home. The teenagers had a variety of hangout spaces and the main floor nicely accommodated our human tendency to gather around the kitchen. It was also luxurious for each bedroom to have it's own bathroom. Quiet morning coffee on the patio overlooking the hills and evening soaks in the hot tub were perfect bookends to our days. We were pulled away from the house for the wedding festivities and wished we had even longer in this incredible and beautiful space. It had everything we needed. Thank you!

    We stayed a week here with families, friends, and kids who ranged from 8mo to 10yo. Everyone had a great time. There are lots of activities inside and around the house to keep the kids busy. The hot tub is nice and hot. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens we have encountered as a large group. We had a few questions and a wasp issue in the yard and someone was out to help us within an hour or two (maybe even less). We also all appreciated the amazing sound proofing of the house; when kids played in the morning, the adults didn't hear them and when adults played at night, we didn't have to worry about waking the kids. The pool was a 5-7min walk and worked out for our group. Thanks for a great time!

    Big House for a big family!

    We booked the house to entertain 16 people and we had heads in beds! The house was big enough for all of us to have a room and we were able to make use of both the main kitchen as well as the downstairs kitchen for kids. Plenty of dishes for what the house can accommodate, which was a major plus as well which is rare for a family as big as ours. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood.

    The house has all you need! Celebrating a family birthday and wanting to hang out past babies bedtime this house was perfect for that! There whole downstairs was it’s own little bar or the garage area which was so quiet to the rest of the house! We loved it!

    We had a wonderful stay at the Coal Chute Lodge. The house was spotless and the perfect size for our group of 16 (5 different families!). Tons of space for the kids to play, they loved the selection of board games and of course, the game room! The hot tub was a huge hit with all! And we enjoyed sitting around the fire table just outside the kitchen, admiring the beautiful view. Truly, nothing was out of place and we would return in a heartbeat! SUCH a great home!! Easy to get down to the lake or into town!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolute blast celebrating a friend's 50th birthday at Coal Chute. The layout of the bedrooms is great, there are games galore, a hot tub and awesome balcony and deck spaces. We hired a private chef to come in and make a dinner and the kitchen was perfect for that. Plus another full kitchen downstairs for food and drinkage overflow. We had a problem with the wifi, but the staff was easy to contact and helped us fix it right away.

    We had an absolute blast celebrating a friend's 50th birthday at Coal Chute. The layout of the bedrooms is great, there are games galore, a hot tub and awesome balcony and deck spaces. We hired a private chef to come in and make a dinner and the kitchen was perfect for that. Plus another full kitchen downstairs for food and drinkage overflow. We had a problem with the wifi, but the staff was easy to contact and helped us fix it right away.

    From the moment we arrived, we knew we made a great choice. Plenty of fully furnished, clean, and ready to go bedrooms. A wonderful hot tub, deck space and patio space with plenty of space, seating, and activities. In addition, two full kitchens ready to go with plenty of quality dishes, spices, and appliances that all worked. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra pillows, comforters, and all those little extras from games to several TVs for the kids.

    We have an immediate family reunion every year. This house provided enough space, beds and things to do for ages ranging from 5-72. The proximity to the neighborhood pool is perfect and the pool is large enough to accommodate everyone when it’s busy. The house was clean, tidy and amenities plentiful. The man again company was immediate at responding to any texts or questions we had. They were polite, informative and responsive. Overall a perfect stay and we will return to this property no doubt!

    This cabin was perfect for a getaway in the woods. We had an outdoor fire and enjoyed the hot tub. Great place.

    This home is beautiful and large. The view was wonderful. It was easy to check in and out. What few issues we had, the owner/manager responded quickly to our text. The house and hot tub were clean and there were plenty of towels for everyone. We had up to 16 people in the home at times and no one felt crowded. Great for entertaining with a nice BBQ grill on the deck. There were plenty of games and activities, so the kids were not bored. We had a great time celebrating our youngest daughter's graduation. Thank you!

    This is a beautiful home to stay in and fit our group wonderfully. There were rooms to fit everyone. We enjoyed the shuffle board and outdoor space. The first night we found out the has was out so we could not use the fire table or the main kitchen stove top , but they were quock to fox that and sent someone out to fill it. On Sunday morning we went to use the downstairs oven and even though the stove top and kight worked the actual oven didn't. We did reach out to let them know since we would be making lasagna and another dish that required the oven and were told it mught be the breaker. We did check but since the actual stove top and light worked it was not the breaker. Unfortunately, nothing was done to fix this but thank god they have two kitchens. Other than that it was a very clean house and there was a lot to do in the nearby towns. We are grateful for the hospitality and being able to stay in this home.

    Fantastic home. Very clean and my kids and family had an absolutely wonderful time. Ping Pong and goose ball were a huge hit. The two separate family rooms were great in being able to have the kids in one room while the adults caught up in another. Would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to get away and have a wonderful time with family.

    This house is absolutely amazing! It's even better than the pictures! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for cooking, the game room was a huge hit, and the house overall was perfect for our large family!

    We visited this property for my dad’s 60th birthday and it exceeded our expectations! The house has all the amenities needed and more! The house was cozy, large, and accommodated our large family and pet. Lots of things for kids to do including games, game room in the garage, and in the basement. The host was super nice and was easy to communicate with. We would book this house again anytime!

    My best friend's 40th birthday trip was cancelled in Feb due to covid. Wanted to do something special for her still, so what better than week on a beach than a hot tub in the snow??! House was incredibly spacious, moreso than even the pictures do it justice. Everyone was happy with their rooms, plenty of bathrooms for everyone (adults love that), two livings rooms so people could relax downstairs while others played games or whatnot upstairs, great for entertaining. Highly recommend this house. Definitely want to come back again during summer months.

    A large group of friends and I stayed in this house for a long weekend. It accommodated our large group (16 people) very well. It is also just a few minute drive to some bars, cafes, restaurants, etc. As well as a beautiful beach with amazing views. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely recommend this place!

    A few friends and I had a board game weekend here. The property was great. Many rooms and multiple tables allowed us to split off and have a couple different games going at once. Very large dining table also allowed us to all sit together for meals. Comfortable furniture and beds. All around great stay.

    This home is immaculate and spacious! Our whole family had tons of room in this stunning home! Only a short drive to downtown Roslyn this vacation was a perfect mountain getaway. The management company made being comfortable easy with the home being fully stocked and having all the information we needed in one place.

    We rented for the first time in Roslyn Ridge and we couldn’t be happier with the property, the house and the support from VR365. The house has plenty of space, a wonderful basement for games and hanging out and a great backyard.
