This place was better than the photos! We had three families, 5 kids and 6 adults and this place was perfect. No flaws, clean, hot tub was great, house was stalked with everything and labeled and organized. We would come back here in a heartbeat this was honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed at, we all loved it and it was so perfect for the first snowfall of the winter! Highly recommend

Spent 4 days at this house with my family and loved it. Sunset Lodge is situated on a quiet street and the backyard has awesome views of the mountains. It was clean, spacious, and very inviting. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great!My daughter and her friends loved the game room and the hot tub seems new, clean, and didn't smell like chlorine. We sat in the backyard every night and took advantage of the big firepit.Check in and out was seamless and the management company sent us plenty of emails ahead of our stay and answered all our questions. The house had everything we needed and we will definitely rent this property again!

We loved our stay in Suncadia. The house provided enough space for 10 adults and 4 children, with using the pull out bed in the game room. The kitchen, dining, and living room were great for gathering. The covered patio was perfect for those wanting shade and the grassy area worked well for those wanting sun. Because we had little ones, it would be nice if the yard was fenced for safety since there is a big drop off. But if you don’t have toddlers, that’s not an issue! The hot tub, game room, and outdoor fireplace were a fun place to gather. Beds were comfortable, although maybe not all locks worked on bedroom doors, but everything was well appointed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Those of us who had bikes enjoyed the paved trails! It was very clean and comfortable. I’d recommend this for an extended family getaway.

You will love this house! It is brand new & well stocked. More importantly, the setting is beautiful with a view of the valley. We loved the common/kitchen/outdoor spaces. Furthermore, we had a lot of fun using the games in the garage.I highly recommend this property for a family reunion or get-away for couples. The space is perfect for four couples and a few kids; or three couples with 7 -10 kids, as long as the kids are OK to share one area.We were a group of 8 (not couples) for a weekend of golf. Since each of us wanted our own bed, five of us slept in the 'kids' zone. The beds were super comfortable (we loved the bunk beds!) but it felt a little tight because we all snore.

Beautiful home and great host! Vacation Rental 365 were responsive to our questions and very helpful with our specific needs. We met up here with friends from both the west and east side of Washington. With three families with kids, there was plenty of space for everyone. As parents with littles we really appreciated the room with the attached bunk beds. In late May, it was still chilly so we utilized the outdoor heaters/and fire pit as well as the inside fireplace.

We had a wonderful time at this house! There was so much to do! The kids could have stayed in the playroom all day! We brought our bikes and ride a few miles around also spent a lot of time at the new pump track at Nelson Farm! We have stayed at several properties around Suncadia and this has to be the nicest and most quiet out of all of them making for a very relaxing trip! We even got to drink our coffee on the porch outside under the heaters while watching the mama and baby deer graze in the backyard!

From the moment you walk in the door the property was amazing!! The cleanliness and attention to detail was truly unapparelled. The views from this house of the mountains was heaven sent. House was great and as beautiful as advertised. Was also very pleased when the hosts responded right away to our inquiry about a chirping low-battery smoke detector, the first and last wrinkle with our stay. Would definitely come back. .

House is beautiful and in a good location close to Nelson Farm. There were only 4 of us and we felt silly renting such a large house it can easily sleep multiple families! Kids loved the game room and everything was very clean - including the hot tub and BBQ. Check in was easy and the rental company was available if we had questions. Highly recommend we will be back!

The home was exceptional. However VR 365 over-communicates, the sheer number of rules are excessive, the hot tub had not been properly serviced prior to our stay, the lawn was mostly dirt and weeds, and the downstairs t-stay would not hold our setting.
