Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms located on the main floor. The first bedroom imparts the feeling of a luxury resort with a King sized bed, en suite bathroom, and large windows for natural light. You will love to soak your troubles away in the Jacuzzi tub located in the en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom also has a dual vanity and shower. The second bedroom located on the main floor has a Queen-sized bed. There is a bathroom located off of the second bedroom that has a shower, sink, and toilet. The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the second floor. The third bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The Fourth bedroom features a Twin over Full bunk bed, perfect for children! The third bathroom is located on the second floor and features double sinks, a tub/ shower combo, and toilet.

1151 Spragger in Suncadia is a premier home for respectful family gatherings and mature couples over the age of 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted. Guests may be required to pay a $1,000 refundable security deposit. Base rate varies seasonally. $25 per/person/night over base rate. Signed Rental Agreement will be considered final guest count.

*** Please note: Access to the Swim and Fitness Center and Nelson Farm pool is not included with this rental, nor do we charge an additional “Resort Fee”. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway.

The experience with VR365 was outstanding from the first contact with them to the final follow up after our stay. Their commitment to safety and a first class customer experience was exceptional. The home is brand new to the rental market and was roomy, fully equipped, and perfect for our children and grandchildren to stay with us for a late summer get away for a few weeks.
