The house was beautiful and in a upscale neighborhood. Everything was clean. The only downside was the fire table didn’t work, and the solo stove that was advertised couldn’t be used due to the burn ban. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable! We look forward to coming back with family in the future!

We loved the location and found the place cozy and clean. Beds were pillow top style and comfy if you like them soft. The hosts have heavy blankets on them and we needed to move that due to overheating at night. The master shower is really small. Overall they had a well stocked kitchen and all our needs were met.

This is a great little house and I loved that it allows pets. Nice quiet neighborhood with wide streets for long strolls. Close to Roslyn and Suncadia for more activities. The linens and furniture are nicer than found in most rentals. Loved the Pendleton blankets! Property management checked in frequently. Just be careful to fully latch all exterior doors as they open outward and can be easily pushed open by sneaky children and pets. I would definitely recommend.

This was such a great house! In fact, that first thing I texted to a friend was "wow this is even better than the pictures!" It had everything we needed and more for my small family and pup to work and online school for a week and a half. The internet is solid, especially during the snow storm and the fact that you are in the mountains. We only had a bit of a slow down during heavy snowfall but it was steady eddy throughout.

I have come to expect that rental homes will not have great linens, I may be a linen snob. But this house's bed linens and bathroom linens were really phenomenal, in fact I looked up where to find some for home. We brought some runner rugs for our older dog to navigate the wood floors and it was a saving grace for the snow/gravel track in. The kitchen could use a few more items, more silverware / bowls, but I suspect they will build on that or maybe I should wash dishes more often. The heaters struggled a bit to keep up, but I think that's more about me wanting the blinds up all the time to see the pretty snow. But they had cozy couch blankets to use and the responsiveness of the rental company was great!

I ended up sending the link to several friends, including those that own homes in the area as options for their overflow guests. I really didnt want to share this gem, but it truly earned the accolades. My 10 year old requested that we come back because "this place is SO awesome!"
