Layout: Upstairs there’s an open loft with 2 Twin bunk beds, a pull-out trundle bed, board games, and an HD TV. Down the hall, there’s a ¾ bathroom and the master bedroom, which offers a king-size bed with HD TV and seating area. The main floor features comfortable seating, an open kitchen, and a beautiful dining table with enough seating for eight people. There’s a wood burning stove off the dining table; perfect for combatting the winter chill. On the main floor there is also a ½ bathroom. Downstairs there’s a game room with foosball, board games, and an HD TV. Down the hall there’s an open bedroom with a King bed and a full bathroom.
Bedrooms: The first bedroom is upstairs and features a king bed, reading nook, and flat screen TV. The open second master bedroom has a king bed and reading nook. There are two twin bunk beds and one trundle bed in the open upstairs loft. The open loft also has an HD TV. The bunk house features a full-sized bed and a loft that is a perfect hideaway for kids. Be sure to bring your sleeping bags!
Outdoor Recreation: Sun & Snow Retreat is less than a mile away from Speelyi Beach on Lake Cle Elum so you can go kayaking, paddle boarding, and sunbathing during the summer! During the winter, guests can warm up by the wood burning stove or make smores in the fire pit in front of the home.

Age Limit to book this home 28. Quiet Hours (Ord. 99-09) will be strictly enforced between the hours of 10pm and 8am. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted. Guests may be required to pay a $1,500 refundable security deposit. Base rate varies seasonally. Signed Rental Agreement will be considered final guest count.

All went well. Great place. Drawback for our dog was the everpresence of nearby free ranging chickens. Too tempting for him!
Kitchen coukd benefit from improved illumination particularly over stove.

We had so much fun. It was great to be able to ride right from the door out snowmobiling, no trailering, and the trails were great. The home was perfect and clean. It was pretty cold when we first got there and it took awhile to warm up. But when it finally did it stayed toasty.
