Welcome to Stoneridge Retreat, located just off I-90 in a secluded mountain setting with easy access to nearby Suncadia Resort, Roslyn and Cle Elum. Featuring an open floor plan, with floor to ceiling windows, lots of natural light, gas ledgestone fireplace and expansive wrap around deck, Stoneridge Retreat is sure to become your favorite annual vacation getaway! IMPORTANT: This home’s water is connected to a well. We do not recommend this home for long showers, multiple baths, or excess use of water, as this will cause the well to run dry and it can take several hours to re-fill once it’s emptied.
Bedrooms: The first bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king-sized bed and comfortable seating. The second bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen-sized bed and reading nook. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and features a queen-sized bed and futon. This bedroom also has a couch and Flat Screen TV available. The first floor has a full bathroom and the second floor has a full bathroom that has a bath and shower combo.
Entertainment: Stoneridge Retreat features a game room with a ping pong table in the garage. During the summer, guests can open the garage door to enjoy the outdoors while you play a game of ping pong. Guests can enjoy the view from the expansive decks and outdoor seating or make delicious food on the gas BBQ on the deck. If you’re looking to have a family movie night, you can watch Netflix or Roku from the Wi-Fi Enabled Smart TV’s.
Outdoor Recreation: Stoneridge Retreat is only 15 minutes away from Suncadia Resort and all the activities they have to offer. Guests can book a massage at Glade Spring Spa, or let their dogs run around at the dog park in Dawson Park. If you’re looking to take a dip in the lake, Speelyi Beach Park is only 13 miles away. You can kayak, paddle board, or sunbathe all day!

Age Limit to book this home 28. Quiet Hours (Ord. 99-09) will be strictly enforced between the hours of 10pm and 8am. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted. Guests may be required to pay a $1,500 refundable security deposit. Base rate varies seasonally. Signed Rental Agreement will be considered final guest count.

this is a great house, lots of room and a gorgeous deck with view - you could stay out there all day and night. Great gated community which was quiet and lovely. The area is beautiful and close to town if you need supplies. Their was an issue with the well while we were there which was inconvenient. I am sure that is fixed.
